Rosebud is an older sculpt by Cindy Musgrove, I have had her for a while and totally forgot about her, being so small she was tucked away at the bottom of my stocked kits and when I came across her I decided now was the time to make her. I have kept her name as Rosebud but you can obviously change this.

I have taken lots of pictures of Rosebud, in both natural light and using a ring light which are all available to view via my Facebook page (link - Facebook) and Instagram where I have given her a full online photo album and video for further viewing.

I have used Genesis heat set paints to build up her detailed skin tones, tipped and sealed nails, painted eyebrows, lightly varnished mouth and I used  'IArtReborn, Dewy skin' medium to complete her soft skin.

Rosebud is a tiny baby, she is 14" and is considered a premature baby size, I have purchased her preemie clothing, the set with the matching hat, vest, mittens and onsie comes up a little tight on her but I will send this along with her anyway, in my opinion she isn't really the size for cuddling as she is so tiny and precious but she will fit snuggly in both your hands and is adorable for posing, she will wear real preemie size clothing, this is more a specialised size but you can find bits in sainsburys, tesco and next , I have weighted her approximately 1lb, she is floppy and a realistic feel for a baby this size.

Rosebud has 3/4 length arms and legs on a quality soft cloth body, I chose her body to be made in pink and it looks super sweet however I realised afterwards that pink might limit you to change her to a boy unfortunately if you use traditional pinks and blues for your girls and boys. I do think she makes an adorable little girl anyway. she is evenly weighted in her little legs and arms using glass beads and virgin fibre fill, I have weighted her head and she has weight in her bottom which is surrounded with fibre fill. Her whole body is floppy so will need supporting, like a real baby.

I have hand rooted Rosebuds hair using soft dark brown mohair.  I have completely sealed this inside. I recommend using a new toothbrush to comb using a little bit of baby shampoo/conditioner with water.

Rosebud is a small baby and would make a lovely first reborn, If you are considering adopting Rosebud for a younger collector, please keep in mind that Rosebud is NOT A TOY she is ART and contains small parts, She MUST be handled with LOVE. 

 Rosebud has a magnet fitted behind her mouth to hold her magnetic dummy, I have given her 2 magnetic dummies one mini one and one standard size as you may prefer her having the smaller dummy to fit her face. (The magnets I use are extremely strong neo magnets these can be potentially unsafe around pacemakers, PLEASE message me if these need to be removed)

Rosebud will be prepared with a lovely box opening, she will come home in a new box along with the new clothing shown in her pictures.
